Rosé Punch
Say hello to Spring and the up and coming spring racing carnival with this beautiful floral rosé punch. Light and bubbly with a hint of citrus, pink lemonade and basil. It will be the perfect go to for celebrating the warmer weather and all its festivities.
Ingredients:
- • 25 litres of sparkling water
- • 750 ml rosé wine
- • 560 ml of prosecco, dry
- • 2/3 cup Soda Press Co. Old Fashioned Pink Lemonade syrup
- • 1 fresh lime, sliced finely
- • 1 fresh lemon, finely sliced
- • 1 small pink grapefruit, sliced finely and quartered
- • 25 grams of fresh edible flowers
- • 10 fresh basil leaves
Method:
- • In a large punch bowl gently pour the sparkling water, rosé wine, prosecco and Soda Press Co. Old Fashioned Pink Lemonade in and stir to combine gently.
- • To serve top with small slices of fresh lime, lemon, pink grapefruit, edible flowers and fresh basil leaves.
*This punch is also perfect with fresh berries, peaches and nectarines.
