Mon Soleil

Ingredients

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 oz red grapefruit juice
• 0.75 oz sugar syrup
• SodaStream sparkling water

Garnish:

• 2 Red grapefruit slices
• 1 Rosemary sprig

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water) to a shaker, and shake. Strain into a glass filled with ice, add a slice of red grapefruit, a touch of rosemary, and finish with fresh sparkling water.
