Pineapple Delight
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. vermouth
- Splash of Soda Press Summer Orange syrup
- SodaStream sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional – Fresh orange peel and basil leaf
Method:
- Add ice to a shaker.
- Add vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, vermouth and orange syrup over ice and shake.
- Pour into a glass over ice and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with basil leaf and orange peel.
