Pineapple Delight

Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. vermouth
Splash of Soda Press Summer Orange syrup
SodaStream sparkling water
1 tablespoon honey
Optional – Fresh orange peel and basil leaf

Method:

Add ice to a shaker.
Add vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, vermouth and orange syrup over ice and shake.
Pour into a glass over ice and top with sparkling water.
Garnish with basil leaf and orange peel.
