Whiskey Tango Trail

Ingredients:

  • 45mL Soda Press Co Original Kombucha Concentrate
  • 45mL Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 15mL Lemon Juice
  • 2 Slivers of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Sage Leaf


Method:

  • Add all ingredients including sage to a shaker with ice
  • Cover and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a sage leaf


Mocktail:

  • Switch the whiskey for fresh chunks of cut watermelon – they’ll really make the kombucha sing


Tip:

  • Ideal glass: Martini
