The seal on my lids fell out at some point so the bottles wouldn’t hold pressure. Sodastream sent replacements without any hassle. Great support!
We have been using our Soda Stream for many years. Love it, what we really love is it’s guaranteed for life. We were thrilled to learn of this when we inquired about the need of repair. You sent us a new one right away with free S&H. Then we needed new caps, ordered on line. When they arrived we discovered they didn’t work on our original bottles. We called with this issue & what did you do but thankfully you sent us two new bottles with two caps and NO CHARGE. How divine was that. Thanks so much, it was unbelievable. Thank you again.
