Every Sodastream sparkling water maker is compatible with a specific cylinder type - either the Quick Connect Cylinder or the classic Screw In Cylinder. The right fit depends on your machine, but both deliver the same refreshing bubbles you love.
The Quick Connect Cylinder, with its pink handle, simply clicks into place - no twisting, no hassle. It’s the easiest way to lock in bubbles with a single motion. The classic Screw In Cylinder, marked with a blue seal, twists securely into the back of your machine. It’s reliable, sturdy, and just as effective at delivering consistent carbonation.
No matter which cylinder you use, each one is carefully sealed and tested to deliver the same crisp bubbles every time. That means reliable fizz you can count on.

Returning your empty CO2 cylinders is simple:
1. Place the empty cylinders with their caps into the reusable return box and close it securely.
2. Attach the prepaid USPS return label. You can download your label anytime in My Account.
3. Return the box by leaving it in your mailbox, scheduling a USPS pickup, or dropping it off at your local post office.
Please return the same number of empty cylinders you received to avoid a $15 charge for each unreturned cylinder. We recommend to keep the tracking number for your records.
Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time through My Account. This includes updating your CO₂ quantity, changing delivery frequency, switching flavors, adjusting your next delivery date, or skipping a shipment.
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
If you are still using your last order and need more time to return your empty cylinders, please contact Customer Care before the return deadline. They can help extend your return window and prevent replacement charges.
You should return the same number of empty cylinders as the CO2 refills you ordered. For example, if you ordered 3 cylinders, you should return 3 empties.
Empty cylinders must be returned within your delivery frequency plus 30 days. For example, if your delivery frequency is set to 1 month, you will have 2 months to return the empties.
You can confirm your return deadline in My Account. If all empty cylinders are not returned within the allowed timeframe, a $15 + tax replacement fee may apply for each missing cylinder.
Yes! You can update your flavor selection at any time in My Account, including changing flavor types or quantities.
No, website discount codes do not apply to subscription flavors. Subscription orders include built-in savings such as flavor discounts, cylinder savings, and free shipping over $50.
If a selected flavor is out of stock, it will not be included in your order. Your subscription savings and shipping benefits will still apply.
Yes. After your subscription is created, you can update how often your flavors are delivered in My Account. Please note that changing your delivery frequency may affect shipping eligibility.
