New to Sodastream My Account?

Creating your Sodastream My Account is simple. Visit Sodastream.com, click on the My Account icon and enter your details.

During registration, be sure to accept the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions to enroll in the program. Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the Sodastream Loyalty Program.

You'll begin your journey as a Silver member. From there, you'll start earning points on eligible purchases, unlock exciting rewards, and work your way up through our Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers.

Already a Sodastream My Account user?

Simply sign in to your Sodastream My Account on Sodastream.com using the Account icon.

Once you're signed in, you'll be invited to join the Sodastream Loyalty Program by accepting the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions. After joining, you'll receive a confirmation email welcoming you to the program.

As part of your enrollment, we'll review your eligible purchases from the previous 12 months and assign you to the membership tier you've earned, so you can start enjoying your loyalty benefits right away.

To view your points balance, available rewards, and membership tier status, simply visit the Loyalty section of your My Account.

The Sodastream Loyalty Program has three membership tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As you earn more points, you'll progress through our membership tiers and enjoy even more rewards, perks, and member benefits.

Membership Tiers

Silver: Upon Enrollment 

Gold: Spend $150+ on eligible purchases 

Platinum: Spend $300+ or more on eligible purchases

How do I upgrade my tier?

Moving up is easy. As your eligible purchases add up, you'll automatically progress to the next membership tier when you reach the required spend threshold. Once you've qualified for a new tier, your membership status will be updated automatically so you can start enjoying your new benefits.

New to the Loyalty Program? If you're an existing Sodastream customer with a My Account, we'll take your eligible purchases from the previous 12 months into account when you join, so you may qualify for a higher tier right away.

Where can I see my tier status?

You can view your current tier, track your progress, and explore available rewards at any time in the Loyalty section of your Sodastream My Account.

You can earn points by:

• Joining the Sodastream Loyalty Program
• Signing up for your first eligible subscription**
• Purchasing eligible products on Sodastream.com*
• Participating in special member promotions and offers
• Completing other eligible activities available through the program

*Points are calculated based on the value of eligible products in your order and do not include taxes, shipping charges, or excluded products.

**If you already had a subscription before joining the Loyalty Program, that subscription is not eligible for bonus points. Bonus points are awarded when you sign up for a new eligible subscription.

Visit the Loyalty page of your Sodastream My Account to view your points, rewards, and membership status, all in one convenient place.

On your Loyalty page, you'll find:

Your current points balance and membership tier 

• Your progress toward the next tier 
• Any points that are due to expire, including the expiration date 
• A history of points earned and rewards redeemed 
• Available rewards based on your current points balance 
• Additional ways to earn points through eligible purchases and activities

Your Loyalty page is updated regularly, making it easy to stay on top of your rewards and make the most of your membership benefits.

Ready to put your points to good use? Simply sign in to your Sodastream My Account and visit the Loyalty catalog to browse the rewards available to you.easy to stay on top of your rewards and make the most of your membership benefits.

There, you'll see your current points balance and any rewards you can redeem based on the number of points you've earned.

When you find a reward you'd like to redeem, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll see:

• Your redeemed reward applied to your order
• The number of points used for redemption
• Your current points balance 
• Your remaining points balance after redemption

Keep an eye on your Loyalty page, as new rewards and offers may become available throughout the year.

If an order is cancelled or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be adjusted or removed from your account. You can view your points activity at any time on the Loyalty page of your Sodastream My Account.

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. You can view your points balance and expiration details at any time in the Loyalty page of your Sodastream My Account.

Points may take a little time to appear in your account after an eligible purchase has fulfilled. If your points aren't visible, please check back later by visiting the Loyalty page of your Sodastream My Account.

You can also view your points activity history there to see recently earned, redeemed, and available points as well as view any upcoming point expiration dates.

Once you reach a new membership tier, its benefits are yours to enjoy for the next 12 months.

At the end of that 12-month period, we'll review your eligible purchases from the previous year. If you've maintained the spend requirement for your current tier, you'll keep your status and continue enjoying its benefits. If not, your membership tier may be adjusted to reflect your eligible purchases during the review period.

After each membership tier review, a new 12-month review period begins.

Points are linked to your individual Sodastream Loyalty account and can't be transferred to another member. Be sure to redeem your points for rewards and benefits that you can enjoy.
