Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz SodaPress Zesty Ginger Kombucha
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 slivers fresh ginger
- Sparkling water
- *optional* 1.5 oz bourbon or whiskey
Method:
- Combine SodaPress Zesty Ginger Kombucha, bourbon or whiskey and lemon juice in a glass with ice and shake.
- Top with SodaStream sparkling water.
- Garnish with fresh ginger and sage.
