Ingredients:
- 30ml Aperol
- 20ml Gin
- 20ml white wine
- Sparkling water
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a wine glass
- Add ice and two slices of an orange, or any favorite citrus fruit of your choice, and mix for 10 seconds
- Add sparkling water and mix lightly
- Serve and enjoy!
