A Gin-Gin Situation

Ingredients:

2 oz. gin
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. apple juice
Splash of lemon grass syrup
SodaStream sparkling water
Optional – sage leave and lemon peel

Method:

Add ice to a small glass.
Add gin, lemon juice, apple juice and lemon grass syrup over ice.
Pour into a glass over ice and top with sparkling water and stir.
Garnish with sage and lemon peel
