Ingredients:
- SodaStream sparkling water
- Handful of sage
- 25 ml simple syrup
- 25 ml lime
- 25 ml pineapple puree
- 45 ml aged rum
- 15 ml yellow chartreuse
Method:
- Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream sparkling water maker
- In a cocktail shaker, shake all the ingredients vigorously
- Double strain through a fine sieve and top with SodaStream sparkling water
- For simple syrup: Use equal parts granulated white sugar to hot water and stir until fully dissolved
- Garnish with sage, edible flowers
- Serve in a highball glass
