We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.

    Do SodaStream products come with a warranty?

    Sure do! All SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date*. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the product is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge. 

    Additional Information*:

    • The exact length of coverage depends on the Sparkling Water Maker that you own. We offer a 2-year limited warranty for Sparkling Water Maker purchases from sodastream.com. For purchases in retail or from other online vendors, please check your Sparkling Water Maker user manual for more warranty information.
    • Warranty Limitations: This warranty is given on the condition that the machine has been correctly used strictly in accordance with SodaStream instructions as detailed in your Sparkling Water Make user manual.
    • Purchases from retail or online trade partners: DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE STORE. So long as you have the original or a copy of your sales receipt, our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you with any product issues. For easy service, it is recommended upon purchasing at retail that you register your Sparkling Water Maker on our site.
