How do I clean my Aqua Fizz Sparkling Water Maker?
Taking care of your sparkling water maker is super easy. Clean with a soft, damp cloth in lukewarm water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp tools to clean. Wipe spills to keep base dry. NEVER submerge in water or wash in a dishwasher.
I own a Aqua Fizz and my sparkling water is not fizzy enough.
Let's get this figured out :) To carbonate using the Aqua Fizz, press the carbonating button with short, firm presses until you hear a buzz (release the button between presses). Three buzzes will produce a standard fizz; additional presses will produce a stronger drink. Never press more than 5 times or your bottle will runneth over! If your sparkling water still isn’t fizzy enough, you may need to replace your gas cylinder. Click here to learn more on how to exchange your gas cylinder.
How can I get the best results from my Aqua Fizz Sparkling Water Maker?
We're glad you asked! Here's how to get the most out of your Aqua Fizz Sparkling Water Maker: 1. Carbonate fresh cold water only! Temperature of 4-8°C is best, so try using water straight from the fridge. 2. Keep your bottles away from excessive heat & direct sunlight. Crystal's glass bottles are dishwasher safe. 5. The puffing noises made by the machine aren't an indication of carbonation level, only the amount of preesses that you use. So feel free to Fizz as you like :) 5. Short & firm carbonation pushes (approx. 2 sec) work best.
How do I install the gas cylinder in my Aqua Fizz sparkling water maker?
It's easy! 1. Place your Aqua Fizz sparkling water maker on a flat sturdy surface in an upright position. 2. Remove the back cover. 3. Insert the gas cylinder into the cylinder holder located on the underside of the carbonating button and screw it in, twisting clockwise. Apply gentle pressure until it is firmly held in place. Hand-tighten only, DO NOT use tools. 4. Replace the back cover so that it clicks into place. 5. You're all ready to carbonate! Bask in that bubbly and enjoy :)
