We back our bubbles! If our products do not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of our products purchased on SodaStream.com for the actual purchase price. 

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change an existing SodaStream.com order, give our Customer Service team a call at 1-800-763-2258 (M-F 9 a.m.-5 p.m EST) and we will do our very best to accommodate before your order ships.  We can usually accept such requests made within an hour from time of purchase.

• Valid on www.sodastream.com purchases only.
• SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted.
• Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
