If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within this timeframe, if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, or if the returned cylinder(s) is damaged, we will have to charge you an additional $15 (plus tax) for each unreturned/ damaged cylinder.

Yes. You can manage your subscription at any time through My Account. This includes updating your CO₂ quantity, changing delivery frequency, switching flavors, adjusting your next delivery date, or skipping a shipment.
All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
If you are still using your last order and need more time to return your empty cylinders, please contact Customer Care before the return deadline. They can help extend your return window and prevent replacement charges.
You need to return the same number of empty cylinders as CO2 refills orders. If you ordered 3, you should return 3 empty. For a one time purchase the return is within 60 days. For subscription, the return should be completed within the order frequency plus 30 days. So if at the time the order was created the frequency was set to 1 month, you'll have 2 months to return the empties.
You can also confirm the return deadline in your account. If you don't return all the empty cylinder in time you will be charged $15 for each unreturned cylinder.

Your full cylinder(s) will be delivered via USPS. Once your empties are packed, drop the package in the mailbox or at a local post office. You can also schedule a free USPS pick-up (if applicable to your location). The shipping is on us :)
