The SodaStream E-TERRA™ comes with our patent pending Quick Connect Cylinder that makes your cylinder connection easy and intuitive.

How do I install the cylinder in my SodaStream E-TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker?

Follow the steps below to make sure your cylinder is properly installed in your SodaStream E-TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker:

Place the SodaStream E-TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker on a flat sturdy surface and remove the back cover..
If a carbonating bottle is attached, remove the bottle. Never insert or replace the cylinder while a carbonating bottle is in the SodaStream E-TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker.
Remove seal and cap from the SodaStream CO2 Quick Connect Cylinder.
Raise the cylinder handle. Insert the CO2 Quick Connect Cylinder in the back of the Sparkling Water Maker.
Lower the cylinder handle.
Replace the back cover by fitting the upright tab at the bottom into the rear slot at the base of the Sparkling Water Maker. Then push the cover into place onto the back of the Sparkling Water Maker.

How do I clean my carbonating bottle?

For carbonating bottle which are not "dishwasher safe", to clean, rinse carbonating bottle with cold or lukewarm water.

WARNING! Do not expose to heat above 50°C/120°F.

Never wash or rinse in hot water. Do not wash in dishwasher.

For "dishwasher safe" carbonating bottles, to clean, either wash in dishwasher or

rinse carbonating bottle with cold or lukewarm water. WARNING! Do not expose to heat above 70°C/158°F.

Do SodaStream products come with a warranty?

Sure do! All SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date*. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the product is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge.

So long as you have the original or a copy of your sales receipt, our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you with any product issues. For easy service, it is recommended upon purchasing at retail that you register your Sparkling Water Maker on our site.
