Glass carafe
New style penguin carafe. Much easier to use. Has held full koi carbonation for one week. I’m impressed. At 7:30
I ordered these as spares and they are of course just like my original bottles. Delivery was fast.
Fantastic! I had the old style carafe's that had the hexagonal top, and the lids that crack when they get old. They lose their ability to hold the carbonation because they leak. CS helped me get the newer, threaded lid model and it's night and day difference.
Everything was 100% perfect.
Works well. Was upset that our guest broke our soda stream bottle cap. Reached out to customer service about replacement cap. Never expected such outstanding customer service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
